CTIA 2005 -- The Samsung P207 will make its way to Cingular, according to operating system branding on the demo unit available at CTIA 2005. The P207 is one of Samsung's new voice-to-text phones that were first shown off at CES earlier this year. After a few minutes of training, the device learns your voice and is ready for dictation.
