Samsung P207 ships from Cingular

Cingular launched the Samsung P207 today, confirming rumors that the jet black flip-phone was close to market. Priced in the mid-range at $79.99 with activation, the Samsung P207 packs a unqiue feature: Speech-to-text conversion.
