Cingular has lost its place in the Upstate New York Better Business Bureau. Cingular had 20 unanswered complaints out of a total near 200 for the past three years. Cingular was made aware of the situation and is working to resolve the issues and get reinstated to the BBB.
This does not affect Cigular's membership in other BBBs around the country.
Earlier this year we noted that Cingular topped all US carriers in complaints to the FCC.
