Kyocera Xcursion KX160 announced

kyocera xcursion kx160CTIA IT 2005 -- Kyocera today unveiled severeal new models, including the Xcursion KX160. The KX160 is a CDMA clamshell phone with mid-level features. It's expected to become available in November.

Features include:

  • Bluetooth
  • VGA camera with flash
  • 128×160 pixel display
  • Speakerphone

The other models announced by Kyocera today include an update to the Remix KX5 that adds Bluetooth and the KX12 which is a ruggedized walkie-talkie handset. They are also showing off the Slider Sonic at their CTIA IT booth.

I like this phone because of the bluetooth and the outside screen. What I didint like is that it looks just like the Kyocera Milan and the Kyocera Candid. Thats not good. I also like the bluetooth but seeing that it is with Cricket, the phone will probably b garbage like the other Crickets.I will just get the Sony Ericsson z520a with Cingular(a much better phone and service.)

WELL I REALLY REALLY LIKE THIS PHONE. IT IS NOT AT ALL LIKE THE OTHER KYOCERA PHONES TO ME. IT IS MUCH LARGER AND DOES NOT BREAK AS EASILY. TO U RYAN GRAHAM. CINGULAR IS NOT BETTER. SONY ERICSSON ISNT EITHER.

I like this phone because of the bluetooth and the outside screen. I also like the size. Its not too big or too small.
