A Nokia representative went on record stating that sales of the company's E-Series handsets have met expections. The E-Series is targeted at business users and includes the following handsets: E50, E60, E61 and E70. The E50 is the newest of the bunch and is expected to ship this month.
"It looks good. Sales have started very well and according to expectations," Antti Vasara, of Nokia's Enterprise Solutions division
The E61 is probably the most important handset of the series for Nokia. It is competing directly against BlackBerry, Treo and the Motorola Q.
