Nextel today announced the smallest DirectConnect handset in the US--the Motorola i830. Here's a quick look at some of the Motorola i830 features:

• Measures 3.3 x 1.8 x 0.8
• Weighs 3.6 ounces
• A-GPS technology (for turn-by-turn navigation)
• 65,000 color screen
• Choice of colors (bronze or silver)

As of today, the Motorola i830 is available via all Nextel distribution channels, including retail stores, at a price of $299.99 with a two-year service agreement. Wirefly is selling it for -$50.00.
