As expected, Cingular Wireless has launched the BlackBerry 7130c. The device was approved by the FCC last month and has a similar feature set to the 7130e which is carried by both Verizon Wireless and Sprint. Along with the introduction of the 7130c, Cingular has also introduced a new service plan aimed at selling BlackBerry handsets to individuals without access to corporate email servers.

Cingular will begin shipping the 7130c on Monday, June 12th. The new service planned mentioned above is unlimited email and web browsing for $29.99/month with a qualified voice plan. The actual 7130c device will cost $199.99 after a 2-year service agreement.
